In-Game Delivery FAQ

Our prices reflect the current prices of the available stock in the market, and the price fluctuations are in direct result of the supply and demand of currency of each game and server.

We are constantly sourcing for better and reliable sellers for supply and strive to remain as competitive as possible.

Prices for game currency fluctuate according to the market’s supply and demand. We would normally purchase high in demand currencies at higher than usual prices. Do keep yourself updated on your game/server currency from time to time, as we provide real time price updates for our buyback listings.

The BattleTag is located at the “Summary” page after you have login to your battle.net account.

You can refer to the above image for a step by step guide on how trade via Auction House for Neverwinter Online Astral Diamond purchase:

Step 1: Locate the nearest auction house. Please prepare any item with quantity equal to each million of diamond purchased. (e.g. If you are buying 30 million diamond, you will need to prepare 30 of the same item)

Step 2: Post each item amounted to 1.12 million. Note that there is an incurred of 10% tax for each item sold. Therefore, you will be receiving 1 million diamond for each item sold.

10% tax will be imposed if you use the gateway or talk to the in-game NPC to access the Auction House.

12.5% tax will be imposed if you use the icon to access the Auction House from anywhere else in-game. This is a convenience charge.

Step 3: Our Seller will be searching for the item posted in the Auction House based on the provided delivery information. It is important to ensure that your character name and item name example: “playername@handle(Item Name)“updated is 100% accurate.

***We suggest buyers to put Potion as consignment so that suppliers are able to find the item easily and complete the trade smoothly.

Step 4: You will receive an alert ingame once our sellers has ‘delivered’ your order by purchasing your auction. You will also be notified via email as well. Take note that partial delivery might occurred and it’s best to check the status of your order the amount of delivery made.

Important: The guide is only for Neverwinter Online Astral Diamond purchases.

  1. No other transactions will be conducted in-game. Trading is strictly for the delivery of your gold order only.
  2. We will never ask you for any other information in-game. Do not disclose any information which may jeopardize the safety of your account (e.g. passwords etc).
  3. We do not perform any sort of advertising in-game through sending whispers to players or via any of the chat channels.
  4. DO NOT RETURN the gold under any circumstances, even if it’s the same character that just traded with you.
  5. Our Suppliers will always act like a normal player and will not attempt to solicit sales from your character by directing you to another website.
  6. Our Suppliers will also not endanger your account by using hot words like buy gold, or any other variation that would imply that you are purchasing gold on your character.

If any of our Suppliers were to conduct themselves in an inappropriate manner please take a screen shot of the infraction and e-mail it to support@g2g.com along with your order number and a summary of the complaint, we will investigate the complaint and there maybe a reward involved for you if the complaint proves true.

In addition, you may also add the player into your ignore list and report the matter to the GMs. Reporting issues such as :
- Receiving unsolicited whispers
- Receiving requests for your personal account information

Reporting to GMs will not in anyway compromise your account or get your account flagged for buying gold. As long as the complaint is made discreetly with no mention of any trade involved.
